The lunch began with crisp, golden vegetable pakoras, perfectly fried and paired with two dipping sauces that balanced tang and spice. The saag paneer was rich and creamy, with a medium heat that added warmth without overpowering. Dessert was a decadent flourless chocolate cake, smooth and indulgent, the perfect finale. The service was attentive and warm, making the whole experience feel effortless. With elegant décor that feels both refined and comfortable, Masala offers a dining experience that delights the senses from start to finish.
