I have Celiac disease and came here on 7/13/26 after seeing it hyped online that they offer gluten-free options. My husband ordered the gluten-free beef chow fun ($15.95.) I asked the waitress if they cook the gluten-free noodles in fresh water to prevent cross contamination because not all noodles that they offer are gluten-free. She said she'd check and then came back and said yes. My husband got the gluten-free lunch portion of short ribs for $17.50. The soup that comes with the lunch specials isn't gluten-free. I got the gluten-free Mongolian beef for $22.00 and a side of small rice for $1.95. Food tasted great and the portions were generous. Unfortunately I had the worst glutening symptoms of my life afterward that have included more than a day of elevated blood pressure right after eating and 3 days of diarrhea. I can't say that it was 100% this place because that cyclosporiasis parasite is going around (and I had green smoothies more than a week ago) but the timing is suspicious. I also noticed that there wasn't one of those "employees must wash hands" signs in the bathroom. I hope I'm wrong and I didn't get glutened here but it was not even 30 minutes later that I started to feel glutening symptoms. I really hope they take cross contamination seriously because gluten-free Asian food is rare.
