We’re tourists. Googles gluten free places to eat in Barcelona and came across the best place to eat! Great food, great service and great atmosphere! Pretty much tried everything on the menu and enjoyed everything! If you haven’t been here, you need to!

We managed to snag a last-minute reservation and are so glad we did, because this restaurant is simply fantastic! We spent the whole evening there enjoying tapas and wine, and learned that the owners, a super nice and friendly couple, run the place. The restaurant has a cool vibe and creates a great atmosphere. One person in our group is lactose intolerant, and the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Almost every dish we ordered was double-checked for lactose in the kitchen. That’s not something you can take for granted! The owner recommended an orange wine to us, which was absolutely delicious. The best part, though, was the tapas. All the tapas we had were incredibly delicious. But the Calamari , the spinach salad, and the oxtail sandwich deserve special mention. You simply have to try these tapas—they’re unbelievably tasty! For dessert, we had Dracula and the Crema Catalana, which I highly recommend. I haven’t had desserts this delicious in a long time! All in all, I can only say that Barete is an incredibly good restaurant with great service, totally friendly owners, and unbelievably delicious food. If you’re in Barcelona, you really have to go here!

Delicious food in a very stylish setting with a great wine selection and on top of that vinyl music. The space is fun yet intimate and they have some of the most creative tapas in barcelona. It’s hard to believe its all gluten free!

Incredible interior and atmosphere! I love that the whole menu is gluten free, and I can’t wait to try more dishes!! I had an amazing orange wine that night, the staff were very friendly and professional. Another detail that i loved was the porch, which connects the bar between being inside and outside. PS: great acoustics and music selection. Definitely going back with a group of friends and reserving the upper floor, a very Kubrick feel! Highly recommend! 🔥❤️🔥⚡️
