The best gluten free piadina I’ve ever had. I spoke with the owners and they told me that every piadina is freshly made, rolled out, and cooked on the spot. It takes a bit of time, but the quality is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable about cross-contamination. 100% safe for gluten free.

I am from Bari and we came to L'Aquila for some errands. Being celiac, I checked the reviews of this place and they encouraged me to try it. I had a savory piadina with sausage, roasted potatoes, and other ingredients; it was delicious.
