The piadinas are very good both with and without gluten. I cannot comment on the contamination issue because I did not inquire about that possibility. However, it's an advantage to offer gluten-free options, especially in a small town.

Fantastic place, and I say this as someone who is gluten intolerant. It's one of the few in Brindisi that has equipped itself for gluten-free options. I don’t have photos, but I’ll add them when I go back. Gluten-free flatbreads, gluten-free beer, and also regular flatbreads. Great place!

Unfortunately, when gluten-free service is requested, the piadina is often touched with contaminated hands and without care to separate it from normal piadine. Otherwise, the piadine are good.
