We were eight this evening with 2 celiac children, we had panzerotti... the gluten-free ones were fantastic, equal to ours! The potato croquettes were also good... doughs made by them, AIC local, friendly and helpful staff... we will definitely return to try their pizza!

During a quick visit to Brindisi, we stopped at this pizzeria with great gluten-free options: light, crispy, and really tasty dough. Our daughter with celiac disease was thrilled! We thank the kind and attentive staff who ensured maximum safety, especially the manager who showed great empathy by letting our daughter try an excellent Nutella dessert! A pleasant discovery that left us wishing to return on the next occasion!

We booked at this pizzeria for the gluten-free option served on black plates. The pizza and fried items were good. Even the regular pizza was appreciated by those who ate it. Strangely, as mentioned, the service and timings were just right tonight.

A pizzeria in the center of Brindisi that offers the possibility to order pizzas, pucce, and calzones (both baked and fried) that are truly amazing gluten-free. We had a regular pizza and a gluten-free one, and they were really excellent. A plus for finally allowing my girlfriend to try a fried gluten-free calzone. Highly recommended also for the regular pizzas.

2024 Update: excellent pizzas and a wide selection of gluten-free dishes for dining out without worries. Great prices, even for gluten-free. Note in the photos the dark-colored dish to identify gluten-free at a glance. On another occasion, there were more than ten of us, and the pizzas all arrived within a few minutes: we ate everything together and no one had cold pizza. Excellent! Old review (2017?) For lunch, I had sea bass with potatoes and cheese and mozzarella balls as a side. The fish was good, cooked well, with almost no bones. The potatoes with cheese were excellent, and the same goes for the mozzarella balls. The cutlery is individually wrapped; the place is clean. Prices are reasonable compared to other nearby places.

Comfortable environment, available and courteous staff, excellent food and a menu with a wide choice even for those with gluten intolerance. At the table, we had a board from the house abundant with cured meats and dairy despite being just two of us; the four cheese pizza was thin and flavorful. The same goes for the puccia, as big as a pizza and packed with ingredients! In short, I would recommend it to everyone! Great job.

The ticket office has always guaranteed a good pizza to go. But the special thing now is that it is a safe haven for those with celiac disease. Here, gluten-free pizza is the best in Brindisi for us. Our favorite? The flying saucer! Best to share one between two to avoid overdoing it. Crispy and flavorful crust! The staff is always on top and the place feels like home.

truly a great discovery! I appreciated that the menu wasn't huge, but had what I believe is the right amount of options for pizzas. Super positive note for the gluten-free: the possibility of tray pizza (with reservation) and a delicious plate pizza with dough made by them (an extra of €2 on the pizzas present in the menu). The staff is kind and polite. Update: both doughs were delicious even the next day!! 😂

Recently very well renovated, it serves, also for takeout, pizzas, panzerotti, focaccia, and croquettes of the highest quality. But above all, for me who am celiac, there is a selection of pizzas and panzerotti baked on-site. The best I have ever eaten. There is also beer for celiacs. Thank you, Botteghino!
