A quality restaurant nestled in the village of Alatri, just a few steps from the cyclopean walls. As for the food, we let Chef Ermanno guide us without even consulting the menu, taking advantage of his expertise to create a kind of culinary experience with dishes that followed one another based solely on our initial input (preferences/tastes/intolerances). Welcoming and friendly staff, an evening we will not forget.

Excellent in every way... kind, efficient service and in great timing! Food that caters to intolerances without major alterations in flavors!!! Very nice location, beautiful in winter and exceptional in summer! Absolutely to be tried!
