Excellent food, courteous waiters. The gluten-free options dominate the scene with dishes appreciated even by non-celiacs. 5 stars.

This was the best meal I have ever had in my life so far Gluten free carbonra and Lasagna. I even got a free limochello from rating the place on TripAdvisor. It's been 6 months and I still think about this place.

Today we spent a day out of town and were delighted by this fantastic restaurant. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, as a celiac I have never eaten so well, not to mention the tiramisu, a real delight.... Kind and professional staff, especially our waiter Bob, friendly, skilled, and very helpful, a person who knows how to do his job well. Excellent in every way, one cannot not return.... and also soon!!!

Definitely a great choice for those with celiac or lactose allergies. The entire menu is available gluten free and the options are great. It was a nice treat to eat anything I wanted! There are two kitchens with 2 separate chefs so no risk of contamination.

After the celiac diagnosis, it was the first restaurant I visited to not deprive myself of the pleasure of a pizza. Initially, I was enthusiastic about it. However, for some time now, in my opinion, the quality of the products is really poor. I won't go back. Too bad.

wonderful pizza, they also make fried foods and sweets

We went there with the whole family and other friends, the place is beautiful and welcoming, the staff is friendly and kind, we had some first courses and dessert, the first dishes are simple and characteristic, very good, the price is average. As for the dessert, let’s say they could do better, and they are a bit pricey, which is why I gave 4 stars. Additionally, it is recommended for celiacs because it is equipped to handle everything.
3
The pizza was good but not great; the crust was not thick, but they only make gluten-free pizzas and it's located in Posillipo, so I don't feel like giving a positive or negative rating.

We tried this franchise chain, recommended by a celiac friend. Work dinner, with a relaxed atmosphere. Good service. We tasted many dishes and generally we were satisfied. Interesting the 25 cm croquettes, offered in various flavors. The risotto had little flavor, but overall we can consider it a good experience. In my opinion, the meatballs were too few for the cost of the dish. The place was empty, so I can't tell you the waiting times when it's full. It's presented as a casual restaurant, but the perception is that the prices are slightly above average.
4
I give 4 stars for encouragement. I don't know the first courses because we didn't eat them, but we had a pizza and croquettes. The croquettes were good, with a crunchy coating but at the limit of saltiness. As for the pizza, I’m not sure if they use a wood-fired oven or electric, but it was a sad pizza. The margherita had a sweetish tomato sauce, and the mozzarella, or fiordilatte, was in little balls and had lost its texture during cooking, resembling paper. The dough was mediocre, but the pizza was too dry overall, leaving that sweet tomato flavor until we got home. The pizza with pistachio and mortadella was dry. No flavor was perceived. The pistachio cream on top was also sweetish. I'm sorry, but it wasn't a nice experience overall. The service was a bit slow even with only 3 occupied tables in the room. There isn't much organization. There are no clearly defined roles. The room and the register were often empty and without any control. The place looks good and has good attention for celiacs, but for the rest we were not satisfied. I'm sorry because I appreciate the work of others and hope that this review can provide some food for thought.
5
Pizza well cooked and light, tasty with quality ingredients like tomato. Gluten-free focaccia with a very good dough. Well-structured Parmigiana, good. Service needs some improvement, in my opinion, like bringing the dishes to the table all together without splitting them. The 3 leather or leather-like placemats need to be cleaned with a different product as they remain slightly sticky. Overall, a positive experience, even for takeout.

I highly recommend it, I didn't know the place but we were really satisfied. The entire menu is completely gluten-free with a good quality-price ratio, well done guys!

We ended up in this restaurant because our son is celiac and here there is a kitchen dedicated to gluten-free cooking. In fact, every dish can be ordered with or without gluten so as not to create a difference in courses at the table. So this aspect alone deserves praise. That said, wanting to be objective, the food is good and the staff is very polite; Marta, the young lady who serves at the tables, is really kind and attentive to the various needs of the diners. If you leave a review, they offer you limoncello...😄...but that doesn't mean it has to be necessarily positive like this one. There is little to criticize; we are talking about a well-made establishment and, above all, attentive to the needs of its customers.

Mama eat is located in Vomero, it's a nice and welcoming place. We tried several types of gluten-free pasta that were AMAZING... a bit al dente, but that's personal preference. The pizza was DELICIOUS and the desserts were just as good. Recommended!!
5
Great gluten-free dishes, pizza, first courses, second courses, and even desserts. Very light gluten-free pizza dough. Plenty of variety in appetizers. Excellent dishes even with gluten. Very friendly staff, especially Giorgio, who is helpful and nice. The place is well-maintained in every detail and very clean. This is the third time I've been to this place and I will definitely come back.
5
Very well-kept place, excellent service, very kind and helpful waiters, food of excellent quality, use of outstanding raw materials. It offers a concept of cuisine entirely lactose-free, and for those with intolerances, it is a place of worship; if only there were more establishments willing to update their cuisine. They also cater to celiacs. The only downside is the parking; unfortunately, there are no parking spots in the area, so you'll need to find a place to park—come prepared with patience, but it's worth it. Recommended.

My wife and I had a wonderful meal here. As my wife was recently diagnosed with a severe gluten allergy, she had not been able to enjoy eating out much. This was the first opportunity for her to enjoy a great pasta dish without worrying about her stomach hurting afterwards. As I do not have a gluten allergy, it was nice to still have the same menu options as my wife. I ate the carbonara and my wife ate the pasta with artichoke cream sauce and bacon. She also had the sautéed mushroom and cherry tomatoes. My wife and I thought everything was delicious. The drive to the restaurant was spectacular as you can stop and take pictures of the Naples harbor and the volcano Mt Vesuvius. I had a very good beer too. I included it in the pictures.

Great place and very delicious food! They have the best gluten free menu in Milan - pizza, pasta and a lot of options for deserts. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us to surprise our dad for his birthday. Definitely recommend!!!
4
Good restaurant for those with celiac issues and others. Polite and kind staff, good food. Unfortunately, there is no parking; you need to adapt or refer to the paid parking 50 meters away.
5
Cheerful and courteous staff. Gluten-free and lactose-free menu available on request. Amazing arancini and croquettes (I literally ate half a meter). I almost cried with the pasta and potatoes and with the genovese. I definitely cried with the desserts: graffe and fried pizza with hazelnut cream. I am a celiac intolerant to lactose who has been celiac for a short time, and here I ate a bit of Naples (all that I could fit in my stomach) when I thought I could no longer do it. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. The waiters were really very kind and professional. Good quality, both with and without gluten. Generous portions.

Great gluten-free croquettes and also the gluten-free pizza; for the classic pizza, I wouldn't say it's anything exceptional, the dough was a bit hard, and digestion was a bit tough... They've really focused on gluten-free cooking, and I'm happy about that because my mom hardly ever eats out... Nice place, friendly and helpful staff, they take reservations, the bill is reasonable. I didn't try the kitchen menu... I wouldn't recommend the gluten-containing pizza... But there is much more on the menu... Recommended for an inclusive evening.

one of the best places... with many gluten-free dishes

Mama Eat was great. At first, I was a bit skeptical as the outside looked dark and cramped, but I was very wrong. The place is divided into two rooms: the first, smaller one at the entrance, and the second, much larger, welcoming, and well-decorated. The food is undoubtedly of high quality, with excellent raw materials. The entire menu is available gluten-free, without any additional charge. The staff is young, dynamic, very kind, and helpful. In short, I really liked Mama Eat; it was a true revelation, and I will return with the whole family. Two complaints: first, the restrooms, while clean and well equipped with necessary products, are really ugly, with horrible colors and some accessories that need to be changed as soon as possible. The second complaint was with the micro-filtered water bottle; at least in my experience, it was slightly greasy—nothing serious, but better avoided if possible. Other than that, Mama Eat is truly a nice place where you feel good and eat really well, especially gluten-free.

Welcoming and a very extensive menu for us celiacs

Being in Naples for work, I absolutely wanted to visit Mama Eat, and I must admit that it was a wonderful discovery. I was positively impressed by the attention towards people with lactose and/or gluten intolerance. The staff is super kind and helpful! The dishes are well-presented, of excellent taste, and true to the traditional Roman and Neapolitan cuisine. I really enjoyed the Mama crocchè and Mama arancino pistachio. The first and second courses were also exceptional, with top-quality meats! Congratulations.

I recently visited this restaurant during my stay in Naples. The place is very welcoming, the staff is courteous, and the dishes are well-presented and of excellent taste. I really enjoyed the arancini, especially the pistachio one, which has a very delicate flavor. The pasta with potatoes and the pasta alla genovese were also very good. The quality of the meat in the tagliata is also noteworthy. I appreciate the attention given to customers intolerant to gluten and lactose; the presence of two separate kitchens avoids any contamination in the preparation of the dishes. Compliments.

I had heard very good things about Mama Eat, Vomero via Alessandro Manzoni 6A, and tonight I decided to go there. I must say it was a unique and special experience. Finally, a restaurant and pizzeria with traditional Neapolitan and Roman cuisine, where we celiacs can feel, finally, like "normal" people; in fact, all the kitchen, pizzeria, and fry shop are available, and all, gluten-free. It is registered with the AIC, so it has a kitchen, oven, and fryer dedicated to gluten-free. The place is very interesting and tastefully decorated, with high-quality products and prepared staff available to give all explanations. Tonight I was assisted throughout the dinner by two very knowledgeable waiters, Giacomo, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the dishes on the menu, who let me taste the fresh homemade bread 🍞, always gluten-free, and presented me with a bag containing some delicious bread 😋. The other waiter, Ousmane, was always very kind and polite, explaining that the colorful dishes contain gluten, while the transparent ones are used for gluten-free. I really recommend it. I will definitely return. We always received a 15% discount from the two waiters for our next visit. It’s possible to buy fresh gluten-free bread. Tonight I tried the pizza 🍕 and the appetizer, gluten-free mozzarella balls (5 pieces) €6.50, Celiaca Rustica with mozzarella, potato croquettes, and caramelized onions €9. Note-worthy and deserving to be called gluten-free pizza. A regular one, La Nonna with ragù, mozzarella, and meatballs; I was told it was good. €10, water, coca-cola €2, and €2.50, plus €2 for cover charge. Total €32.00. Fair prices. Congratulations!

Very nice and spacious place! I was here with a gluten-free friend. The venue also offers gluten-free food, and honestly, it's one of the best she's ever had! According to her, of course. 😅 I actually tasted her dishes and I must say I was also surprised because there was no difference at all! I had a Nerano and it was truly excellent. We will definitely return! We also met the manager Giuseppe! A very nice person and, above all, very professionally prepared! The best.

Delicious pizza

Beautiful venue, excellent hospitality. The manager attended to us from the beginning to the end of the meal, explaining all the ingredients and allergens in the food. Perfect for those who cannot eat gluten, customers feel pampered by the vast choices on the menu (bruschetta, coatings, and desserts all gluten-free). The pizza is delicious, the difference between the gluten dough and the gluten-free dough is practically minimal. Excellent service, exquisite attention to detail. Definitely a new favorite spot.

vast menu, guaranteed safety, and excellent food!

I've always gone with a celiac friend, and I always had a great experience. Excellent pizza (phenomenal for gluten free), great service, and more than affordable prices. The only small downside is the bathroom, which is not up to the rest of the place. Highly recommended.

Charming and very welcoming restaurant. Super cuisine. The fantastic typical Neapolitan pizzas. A lot of attention and care in the preparation of gluten-free dishes. The gluten-free pizzas were delicious and just like the gluten ones. Very kind waiters and what to say about the manager Giuseppe? A truly amazing and kind person. He arranged dinner for us even though we arrived very late, welcomed our dog into the place without issues, and helped us find a hotel in Naples (it was fully booked) so we wouldn't have to go to Rome at one in the morning. These people make a difference! A welcoming and human place. We will definitely return and I highly recommend it! Top

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten, no regrets compared to the regular one, more than fair prices, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Truly impressive!!!
5
Really excellent restaurant-pizzeria, ideal for those with lactose intolerance but who don’t want to give up a magnificent Neapolitan pizza. I recommend the 25 cm croquettes, delicious and plentiful. Friendly and courteous staff. I will definitely return.

If you have intolerances, this is the place for you! With two separate kitchens, there is no worry about contamination. Everything on the menu is available in a gluten-free version too! Maximum attention and availability. I highly recommend it!
5
Beautiful and welcoming place, friendly and prepared staff. Excellent gluten-free pizza and the classic pizza is also very good. Options for lactose-free are also available... gluten-free from A to Z. The only downside is that parking is a bit difficult.
5
Great pizza! Tasty and soft dough, toppings of excellent quality. Celiac disease is not a problem here. Excellent service.

At Mama EAT, I'm now a regular for many reasons: for me, being celiac and being able to eat everything the menu offers is simply FANTASTIC. Have you ever tried pasta and potatoes? It is nothing short of amazing, just like my grandmother used to cook it, how it was once eaten in Naples, with love!!!

Since I discovered I am celiac, the thing I have missed the most is pizza. But here I found a truly special gluten-free pizza, with a taste very similar to the regular one. For me, it was a delight, and I was especially happy to enjoy a good pizza.
5
Surprising, especially for celiacs! Fantastic evening, very nice and bright venue suitable for young and old, attentive and always smiling waiters, we even had the honor of being served by the manager, who was also very professional and helpful. Since it was our first time in this place, we were explained that everything listed on the menu had a gluten-free variant. Excellent service and a five-star kitchen; it was also explained to us that there are two distinct and separate kitchens in the venue to avoid any contamination! Excellent value for money! If you are celiac (but even if you are not), I highly recommend this place! Excellent pizzas and equally good appetizers. Enjoy your meal, and thanks again for the wonderful evening and the hospitality!

I went for the first time last night with my family to this unique place. As soon as we entered, the manager Giuseppe, a delightful and knowledgeable person about his job, welcomed us and made us feel immediately at ease. The atmosphere is very nice, and the staff is courteous and smiling, which is no small thing. The food is of high quality, and even the gluten-free options are delicious. We felt like guests and not customers. We'll definitely return again and again... Thank you guys for working with passion and pleasure.

First courses both gluten-free and with gluten that are really good, gluten-free potato panzerotti... so delicious. Excellent hospitality and customer care. Respect for gluten-free needs. I have no words, everything is magnificent, even the prices are fair and not excessive. I hope you open a Mama Eat also in Verona. We are waiting for you, and thank you very much for the quality of the food you offer, really good, and the care you put into cooking. Excellent!

Beautiful pizzeria in a residential area of Naples. Everything on the menu can be made gluten-free (not sure about the desserts). We ordered fried pizza bites as an appetizer, gluten-free, very good, then 2 regular pizzas that were very tasty and a gluten-free pasta with pumpkin cream, also very delicious. For drinks, craft beers from Salerno, one of which was gluten-free, all for €55. Good service considering the room was full due to a live music evening. Recommended from my experience.
