I would like to give a positive mention to the Campanarò Restaurant in Asti. Certified for several years, the menu is almost entirely gluten-free, with the exception of a few dishes. The owner explained to us that they do the exact opposite of what almost everywhere else does: they work with gluten-free ingredients and have a separate kitchen for anything that contains gluten. This means there is zero contamination. We were served a selection of hot and cold appetizers, all of which were exceptional, carefully prepared, simple, yet delicious. Then came the first course: homemade pasta of indescribable goodness... and in generous quantities! Finally, dessert... It was hard to finish, but it was so delicious... and we were completely satisfied. Everything was positive, from the preparation for celiac disease to the care, the welcome, the atmosphere, the deliciousness of the dishes, and the quality of the ingredients that you can taste in every bite. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

A typical Asti restaurant certified by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC). I loved the whole experience: the restaurant is intimate, with a family atmosphere and a warm welcome; the staff are friendly, lively, and knowledgeable; the food is delicious, varied, and safe for those of us with celiac disease. Definitely worth trying (and returning to!)
