local prepared for celiac disease. They have a separate menu, offering 3 different types of bread and various ingredients to make your own "hamburger sandwich". Gluten-free beer is available and there is also dessert. I asked about contamination and they are prepared; the kitchen has its own dedicated station and a different cooking oil.
