Every time we are in La Spezia, pizza is a must, it's very good.

Very good pizza, homemade by them and also available with different doughs (normal, with spirulina and turmeric). Focaccia is also available, but I haven't tasted it. There are also gluten-free desserts (For my gluten-eating friends: the regular pizza, according to my boyfriend, has nothing to envy from Sorbillo's).

Customer-oriented gluten-free locale. Possibility of various GF dishes, including first courses, burgers with fries, mixed fried. Excellent and highly digestible GF pizza with spirulina. Absolutely recommended!! Farinata (naturally GF, but without contamination) among the best in the area. Excellent gluten-free desserts (I recommend the caprese if available!!). For GF beers, they only have Peroni, which I do not prefer but they can be forgiven ;)

In the center of La Spezia, by pure chance, the first time we stopped for lunch at the trattoria because it was the only one nearby that also prepared GLUTEN-FREE dishes. After that time, we have become regular customers, going for lunch or dinner at least once a week for months now. We are very happy with it, the dishes are very good, the portions are generous, and the quality is excellent.

In a nutshell, my trusted pizzeria has a variety of dishes, pizzas, pinse, and options for those like me who are lactose intolerant and prefer delicious and healthy doughs like whole wheat, turmeric, and others. Everything is also incredibly tasty (personally, I especially love the pinse) for a more than fair price. The staff is extremely kind and always available, whether on the phone to take orders (it's become a weekend must with my girlfriend) or in person to welcome you; you can see the results of their hard work over the years in every aspect. In conclusion, it is absolutely recommended and should be tried at least once; you can't go wrong!

Kind staff, the best gluten-free pizza dough I have ever eaten, a cloud of lightness and easily digestible. They also thought of those like me who are lactose intolerant. Beautiful and welcoming place, highly recommended.

Pizzeria located not exactly in the city center, the entrance is not very well maintained on the outside... but the interior is very nice, including the veranda... I can comment on the pizzas and desserts we had, the pizza with sausage and friarielli was excellent. It is also possible to have them gluten-free! The desserts are good! There is also a restaurant service, and home delivery; they also have rooms! P.S. it gets very busy on weekends during peak hours, better to reserve!

Incompetent, rude, and incapable staff. Out of 2 orders placed, 2 were wrong, but what’s more serious is that with the first one, if I hadn’t noticed, my boyfriend would have ended up in the hospital risking his life. We had ordered gluten-free fries and hamburgers, but they brought fries and a hamburger in a bread roll made with wheat flour (despite specifying at the time of ordering that my boyfriend is 100% celiac). For the second order placed tonight, two pizzas—one gluten-free and the other regular with cherry tomatoes and salmon—they brought a pizza with sauce and salmon. This is a true record of negativity. Absolutely dangerous as a venue for all celiacs.
