AFC 2025 offers a very attentive service and an entirely gluten-free menu. While waiting, they serve crackers and crispy snacks from a bakery in Alessandria. You can choose between pizza or a restaurant with dishes from around the world: I had a taco with very good pulled pork and an average tortilla. The tiramisu is recommended.

They have a special gluten-free menu. The pizza is delicious, one of the best I have ever eaten. The tacos are quite good, just a little dry. The mixed fry is average. They always offer crackers while waiting for the ordered dishes to arrive. The staff is well-trained and attentive.

A really interesting restaurant pizzeria, probably the only one in Alessandria that makes pizzas with lactose-free mozzarella, perfect for those with intolerance. They pay attention to the customer's health and the staff is kind and helpful. Great prices and flavors different from the usual, in a positive way. We will definitely return.

New discovery in Alexandria. I had the pizza: I must say, really good. The dessert (apple tart with cream ice cream) was superb. A girl from the group who is celiac was also satisfied. I'm curious to try the restaurant menu. I recommend making a reservation. I will return.

We come to this place quite often because we always feel very good here, starting with the always very good food, including the mixed fried dishes, fries, and all the pizzas are great, even the gluten-free ones are top-notch! Absolutely not a given!!! The staff is kind and always available to meet customer needs, especially Sabrina, a very kind person who pays attention to the request of a little boy with blue eyes!! ☺️ Keep it up; we'll see you again soon!!!!

The Poligonia is certainly a guarantee in Alessandria, among the best restaurants/pizzerias in the area. Top wines, sublime pizzas, cuisine, meat, and fish all of high quality, and gluten-free cooking unparalleled, the best gluten-free cuisine in the area and beyond. I go there often and always look forward to returning. All the staff are amazing, and the fantastic Sabrina is always professional and kind. Absolutely recommended.

Quiet area. Cozy interior with original furnishings. Menu with a wide selection and interesting options, including gluten-free. High-quality craft beer. The only downside was the gluten-free pizza dough, which was not risen. Thin and well-topped, but perhaps slightly undercooked. I will definitely return to try the wide selection of the restaurant and give the pizza a second chance. Overall satisfied.

We have been there two or three times and I must say we always left satisfied. They are very knowledgeable about gluten-free options, and they have also added pizza, which is really quite good. The Baladin beer is excellent.
