If you are gluten intolerant, you must book your gluten-free pizza in advance; otherwise, you will spend an evening watching others eat, and you will have to settle for a plate of iceberg lettuce with a can of tuna and 5 counted olives (and a hair as a side dish that I hope was mine). And anyway, even if I had it, I don't know if I would eat it because the waitress informs me at the time of ordering that if they managed to find a dough, they would still cook it in the oven with the other normal pizzas.
