Mrs. Cecilia is very attentive on the phone when you explain the cake to be made. The first thing she asks is whether the product should be gluten-free, and she has a well-visible gluten-free laboratory in her shop. The cakes are delicious!!!!! Last time I also bought gluten-free cream puffs, which were excellent. Anyone among my guests who tasted the cake and the cream puffs asked who made them because they were really good. The desserts are perfect in taste, texture, and sweetness, never excessive. Very fair price. Congratulations, a certainty.
