The brioche are spectacular. I tried their canestrelli both with chocolate and with jam, and they are all delicious. They have different baked goods, among which I tried their small pizzas. Everything is very good. Highly recommended!!

Worst gluten-free pizza, pizzette and sponge I’ve ever bought in my travels across the globe. Dry, hard and tasteless. I’ll be sticking to the gf options in the supermarket while in Oristano. I’ve no idea why they’ve scored so highly with other reviewers. Maybe Saturday is a bad day for this bakery.

I‘ve been celiac for 13 years and the croissants at this place have been one of the best i have tasted so far. It‘s always personal special to find glutenfree places and this one is definitely a must when you are in the area. I‘ll be back!

I discovered that I have celiac disease three years ago and I have never found bread like Manuela's, soft and fluffy. I ate the cream croissant, a jam pastry, a filled sandwich (you can have it filled in the shop), and a focaccia with tomato, all very good and similar to the best gluten products. I think I will dream of these products for quite a while, and it is definitely a great reason to return to Oristano.

A store with fantastic gluten-free products. The brioches are the only ones found so far that have nothing to envy about those with gluten. Donuts, zippole, but also pizzette and Sardinian sweets. Everything is great. Number one compared to stores with gluten-free products! Congratulations!

Incredible range of gluten free freshly baked products! Croissants are crispy and many-layered! Sweet and savoury are both just fantastic- heaven for coeliacs! If you will arrive after 10am it’s worth ringing to ask to put aside something as they often sell out before midday.

Awesome glutenfree store in which we ran accidently. They have the best glutenfree croissant, I tried lots of them in different places ;) And they are actually really authentic, nearly like normal ones. I would definetly recomment to go there and check out the different sweets. Been there twice in two days to try it all. Thanks a lot for these tasty glutenfree things.

Compliments on your work. Thank you for making my wife have an unforgettable day; she managed to satisfy her craving for a great brioche after 10 years. I have been celiac for 25 years, and here I had what has been by far the best gluten-free croissant of my life, and I have tried many. The pastry was perfectly risen, light and crispy, just the right amount of buttery, very filled, and with a delicious chocolate filling. Touching.

Today... Saturday night... an impromptu dinner with a gluten intolerant person... you search everywhere to find a dessert (it was their birthday) google and find Celio'... you try calling... and????? They prepare the cake!!! So happy... you have dinner... you get to dessert... you think... gluten-free it will be awful... instead? Delicious!!
