Delicious pizza and restaurant dishes, maximum safety regarding contamination.

Dough pizza in the average, the extra charge of 5€ is really exaggerated. Prices are too high.

The staff was definitely well-prepared, kind, and friendly! They welcomed us despite the late hour and took care of us from start to finish! Both regular and gluten-free pizzas were AMAZING, with undeniable quality in both the dough and the ingredients. All desserts were gluten- and lactose-free and very tasty; I recommend the tiramisu!

Excellent pizza dough, with great attention as it is a pizzeria certified by the AIC.

Top pizza!

Tons of gluten-free options and also dairy-free, even desserts. The gluten-free pizza is spectacular. Highly recommended!

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. Really. If I hadn't known, I would have never thought it was gluten-free: fragrant, light and tasty like a "real" pizza, even more so. Every bite was almost an emotion, a small explosion of happiness and endorphins 😅 Finally, a gluten-free pizza that doesn't make you miss anything. An experience I would repeat a thousand times. Congratulations!

Before going home, we decided to go eat a pizza at Sa Pedrera, which is the perfect place for me given my celiac disease. The place is really welcoming, tastefully curated in its details. The staff is very kind, welcoming, and professional! We ordered three pizzas, one of which was gluten-free. All three were excellent, but mine was... super! I've never eaten a gluten-free pizza that tasted like a classic pizza made with regular flour. Crunchy, it had the flavor of gluten pizza, well-seasoned... light. Compliments and thank you!

I am on vacation with my family, I come from Rome. After much searching, I found this restaurant and I must say it is FANTASTIC. The staff is very kind. They have special attention for people with celiac disease, which I haven't found anywhere else so far. The girl who welcomed us was very kind and always smiling, and she immediately offered us a welcome drink. The pizza was really good, the place is very charming with a great atmosphere; I highly recommend it! I left there VERY HAPPY, thank you!🫶🏻

The gluten-free pizza dough is spectacular, one of the best I've ever tasted. The only downside is the wait, which is nothing short of endless. Waiting almost an hour for two pizzas is a lot, considering we arrived at 10 PM, so we were one of the few tables that still had to eat (we had a reservation). The gluten-free dough requires an additional charge of €5.

Congratulations, gluten-free pizza that made me not miss the "real" pizza... from a recently discovered celiac who still remembers the old flavors! Special mention for the wide choice of gluten-free beers... in particular, you have a beer made from ingredients that are naturally free of gluten and not from de-glutenized barley malt... truly well done!!!

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. The wait was a bit long, but it was 100% worth it. Congratulations!

They have two types of dough, one semi-wholemeal, the base for all pizzas, and one gluten-free. Really good quality ingredients, I would say almost gourmet pizzas. It's better to book in advance, it gets quite busy. Friendly and quick staff, the only issue is that they are a bit inattentive to notes and specific requests from customers. Several wrong ingredients and some forgetfulness. Perhaps more communication is needed between waiters and the kitchen.

Great pizza, good ingredients, friendly and fast staff. They asked multiple times if anyone had allergies, they are very attentive. Prices are high (a tuna and onion pizza can be 15€, but really excellent, I recommend it!!). In some, the topping was a bit sparse, too much crust and topping that started only in the center, but everything else was perfect.

I had dinner with my daughter and my dog. I had an excellent gluten-free pizza, with draft beer and dessert. Everything was great. The service was fast and the waiters were particularly kind, asking several times if everything was to our liking. We will definitely come back!

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. All desserts gluten-free. Gluten-free craft beer. They also make sandwiches. I had a red base pizza with capers, olive powder, and cherry tomatoes, and a cinnamon foam. My dining companions say the gluten pizzas are good too. Great quality, great attention, nice decor inside and pleasant outdoor space. Congratulations to all the Stefans!

The pizzeria Sa Pedrera offers an interesting culinary experience, with a variety of dishes ranging from a fillet tartare as an appetizer, to the pizza "S' Arena Scoada", and the dessert "Terra di Cacao". The menu is considerate for everyone, including those with celiac disease. Despite the slightly slow service, I appreciated the friendly and professional attitude of the staff who kindly offered me finger food while waiting for the dishes. The pizza S'Arena Scoada is definitely a highlight, with a mix of fresh ingredients and km 0, capturing attention. The fillet tartare as an appetizer and the dessert "Terra di Cacao" contribute to an interesting variety in the menu. In conclusion, despite the small inconvenience with the service, the overall experience seems to have been positive thanks to the tasty cuisine and the staff's attitude.

Finally in Oristano the best pizza in the world! And a happy oasis for us celiacs. I tried the gluten-free pizza and the incredible thing is that it's identical to the normal one. Excellent ingredients of the highest quality, and both the kitchen and the pizza cater to gourmet tastes. Another dream come true: artisanal draft beer from a local brewery (finally cold) that's gluten-free. The menu is rich, the place is very beautiful and intimate in the outdoor area, and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. It's impossible to want more!

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. Fresh and high-quality ingredients. Overall, the pizza is excellent, perfectly risen and cooked. Good service, friendly and attentive staff. I didn't try the desserts, but from what I saw at the tables next to me, they looked spectacular... Definitely worth trying. Now about the bill: I thought I would pay a lot given the high quality, but I had to change my mind. I can't wait to return.

Really excellent pizzeria restaurant, welcoming and modern atmosphere, highly qualified staff, wide selection of dishes including gluten-free options. The pizza is absolutely the best and most genuine I have ever eaten, made with natural flours. Moreover, the pizza maker, being celiac himself, could not provide a better service; my sincerest compliments, I was pleasantly surprised. They have a separate laboratory, so the gluten-free service is free from any contamination, and they also have regular pizzas. Finally, a place where you can go to dinner in a group and eat in complete safety.
