Very good food, excellent gluten-free options. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Is the third time a charm? At the entrance, the waitress growls and then leaves you in plain sight of the tattoo on her neck that says "go away"; however, a colleague welcomes us more warmly but loses the order, comes back and forgets my dinner, and I eat after more than an hour of waiting. Fortunately, the food is good, even in gluten-free version: I wouldn't make a half-hour journey from Munich to eat here again.

If you are looking for a typical Bavarian local place that is not touristy, this is the right spot, but keep in mind that it is outside Munich and you will need transportation from the center. Overall, it's a nice and typical place, with friendly waitresses dressed in Bavarian attire, serving dishes from their tradition (if you like them, they are good, but it depends on your tastes). They also offer gluten-free options (though the gluten-free beer wasn't great, it tasted like a lemon soda). Downsides: the bill, which we found quite expensive considering it's not a tourist place, and then at the end, when it was time to pay, the waitress insisted on a tip, something we Italians are not used to giving and we forgot that abroad it is usually expected. In my opinion, tips should be given at the customer's discretion, not demanded, especially with a rather high bill.
