I should point out that it is not AIC, but I have been there twice already and have never had any problems. Very high quality. The staff is kind, helpful, and especially very attentive. The menu includes all allergens, but when ordering, always specify which dish is gluten-free. The choice for gluten-free options is not very wide, but they are willing to make variations to make the dishes suitable.

regular customers, and satisfied, no problem if intolerance is reported and one waits to choose options that do not have tempura or sauces.

The sushi is very good and one of the best poke I've ever eaten. One note is that you need to inform them of your celiac disease, and they don't have a wide range of dedicated gluten-free substitute products (e.g., the only sauce they have is soy sauce gluten-free).
