Ten days ago, I ordered some tortellini in broth to take away for New Year's Eve dinner... they assured me that I would have them by December 27th/28th, but when I called on the 29th at 6:30 PM, they told me they had problems and that they would be available the following week... Given that they had my phone number provided during the booking, they could have also informed me.

Gentle, ready, available, always on the lookout for new products. I have been using their services for years (since they opened). Now I live elsewhere and have other closer stores, but I often take the longer route to go to them. They also have a craft production dedicated to gluten-free with excellent products.
