Special sandwiches with zero kilometer ingredients, which can also be made gluten-free using Schaer homemade bread that they will heat in a way I can't do at home! They are very attentive, and for the gluten-free option, I noticed they use reserved or still "untouched" ingredients. Absolutely delicious and recommended. Two exceptional guys offer you all kinds of delicacies, from local cured meats to sauces and pâté, to the omelettes of the day... everything is delicious, in a very clean environment and served with utmost kindness. A very pleasant discovery in Sulmona! They make both conventional and gluten-free sandwiches (using Schär homemade bread). The fillings are mostly gluten-free, and the girl is super attentive to cross-contamination. Well done, well done, well done! Excellent raw materials. Personally, I had the sandwich with Abruzzo sausage and pecorino, but I could have added more. The place has a few seats inside; they also offer takeout service. Recommended!
