All pizzas are available gluten-free (many choices, original combinations, high-quality ingredients), as well as fries, beer, and some desserts. They have a separate oven for gluten-free, and they are very prepared and attentive. The dough is not among my favorites; when it cools down, it quickly becomes hard. The supplement for gluten-free dough is €3.50 per pizza (not indicated on the menu): even trying to understand the restaurateurs, I think it's excessive: we always return to the point that we celiacs did not choose to be so, and our diet is a medical necessity. The venue is well-kept, large, and chaotic, but the staff is very kind.

The best gluten-free pizza

Very nice and welcoming place, friendly and polite staff. I would recommend it only to lovers of Neapolitan pizza (I love Roman pinsa but it’s just a matter of taste). All pizzas are gluten-free, in fact, there is a wide choice of flavors and there is also a children's menu.

All pizzas on the menu are also available gluten-free; however, it is necessary to make a request in advance. A nice place, although it can be a bit chaotic.

Wonderful experience from (almost) every point of view. Five-star location, attended to in every detail. The service is excellent: quick, precise, with a well-organized and attentive staff. Great Wi-Fi coverage (even though the browsing speed is just sufficient), but I really appreciated the overall attention to technology: from the website to the online booking, everything works perfectly and is well thought out. Note on gluten-free: unfortunately, the gluten-free pizza is the classic frozen dough that is then cooked and served. Too bad. I wouldn’t choose it for this type of need, since there are other places that offer gluten-free doughs that are significantly better. For the rest, the food is truly superb. One of the few pizzerias that doesn’t make me miss my beloved Naples: here you can enjoy excellent pizza and great sandwiches, just like in my homeland. Prices are average for places that offer good quality. The only real complaint concerns canned drinks, especially Coca-Cola: the price is quite high and, at the end of the bill, you realize you've spent maybe 20 euros just on a few cans. A suggestion: add at least 1-liter Coca-Cola to the menu. It’s a need shared by many customers and would further enhance the experience. Almost all female staff, super polite, kind, and knowledgeable. For me, in San Benedetto del Tronto, this place is an excellence. Congratulations!

We had dinner at this restaurant. Even from the outside, it struck us with its brightness. The interior is very well-kept and has a very modern design. The pizzas are mouth-watering, with a wide variety of flavors and a very extensive gluten-free option. The staff is very kind and helpful. Every time we return to San Benedetto, we will come back! Very satisfied.
