La Monachina Paganica offers a wide selection of gluten-free dishes, including delicious fettuccine with saffron, porcini mushrooms, and guanciale, as well as a delightful tiramisu. However, be careful when ordering take-out pizza: it is advisable to check the ingredients before picking it up.

I had lunch at this place with great pleasure because they have gluten-free pasta, and we know that it's not always a given. So I was able to eat their fettuccine with saffron, porcini mushrooms, and guanciale, and they were really good! The pasta portions were more than generous. They also have gluten-free tiramisu.

A fixed customer for takeaway pizza, which, although good and also available gluten-free, I must point out that unfortunately this is already the third time that when I open the box at home I find a pizza different from the one I ordered! This time the radicchio, gorgonzola, and walnut pizza I ordered had become mozzarella, radicchio, ham, and walnuts! But this has also happened two other times in the past with different types of pizza, and I must say that this is quite annoying! Since this is the third time it has happened and I have never said anything before, this time I feel obliged to point out the lack of attention, which I also consider quite dangerous because finding a different ingredient from what was ordered to which one could be allergic or intolerant is very serious, and you end up throwing away an uneatable and also expensive pizza and being left without dinner. I advise you to check the boxes when you pick up the takeaway pizzas before paying.
