Fui a la sucursal de Catford para pedir una pizza, aparentemente no se puede pedir pizza sin gluten en la tienda, solo en línea. Intenté hacerlo, pero expliqué que no te permite cambiar el queso por queso vegano y me dijeron que puedo tener queso normal, pero tengo intolerancia. Dijo que si no puedo pedirla, no pueden hacerla. Pregunté cómo es posible que ofrezcan pizza sin gluten y queso vegano pero no se puedan tener juntos. ¡No tiene ningún sentido! ¡Nunca volveré, por decirlo suavemente!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! How long does it take to make a pizza?? 1 hour and 40 minutes and counting. Oh my God. Why have I made the mistake of ordering from them again? It was over an hour wait last time and they didn't have my gluten free base last time and gave me a normal base but then wouldn't give me the 2 for 1 offer. Somebody shoot me if I forget how utterly rubbish this place is and accidentally order from them again. Update: 2 hours and 20 minutes after ordering our cold, over cooked pizzas and wedges arrive. Our chicken wings are not ready yet so the driver has to go back and get them. Instead we have some dough balls which we didn't order. I call the store, finally they pick up. I ask for a refund and they agree to giving one but they won't ring it through and confirm it there and then, I have to call back in 7-8 working days to check if it has gone through! They won't give me the manager's name, and they won't give me an email address for customer service. I am told to look on the website for the head office email address. OH MY GOD!!! This is global company, how on earth can they run a business this bad??!

Excelente servicio. La mejor pizza sin gluten
