Mi pareja y yo cenamos en el Miller y Carter y fuimos atendidos por Louise. Louise fue muy acogedora, educada y simplemente tenía esta hermosa sonrisa. Fue cortés y explicó a mi pareja y a mí las opciones del menú. Soy celíaco y sigo una dieta sin gluten. Al entrar, me preguntaron sobre alergias. Mencioné que soy libre de gluten y el caballero me dio un menú GF que era absolutamente fantástico y tenía muchas grandes opciones. He ido a varios restaurantes donde me han dado un gran catálogo o tabletas para buscar qué opciones GF están disponibles y debo admitir que fue muy frustrante y no fácil de seguir, y tuve que salir de los restaurantes muy decepcionado. Miller y Carter es, de lejos, el mejor restaurante para un menú GF claro. Louise hizo que nuestra experiencia gastronómica fuera muy agradable con su carácter cálido, su amabilidad y paciencia hacia nosotros cuando no pudimos decidir entre las grandes opciones en el menú. Un crédito para el restaurante. Gracias, Louise, y gracias, Miller y Carter, por su excelente menú sin gluten.

Acomodaron a un grupo de 24. El servicio fue excelente por parte de Molly. Entiendo que es difícil para una fiesta de este tamaño, pero ella definitivamente superó nuestras expectativas. La comida fue 10/10, posiblemente mi favorito de Miller y Carter. ¡Pharrell hizo un gran trabajo! ¡Rápido, caliente y sabroso! ¡El Butcher Block no decepcionó, incluso para una alergia al gluten!

Poor experience last night. Table booked for 19.15. Called at 19.35. From booked time to actually having food on the table was over an hour. Then they got our order wrong. We told them no salt , seasoning on one steak as my son is lactose intolerant. The steak had it all on. The second steak was the wrong steak. My other son requested vegetables instead of fries. He got fries! Ok they brought out the vegetables after we complained. I asked for the pan roasted cod with no skin or butternut squash. Again they got this so wrong. This is an appalling Miller & Carter and without doubt is the worst in the Birmingham area. Always late to the table. They cannot cope on a Saturday night. Keep well clear!!! Updated today. Was asked to call the Manager to discuss our experience. Left two messages and no response. Not surprised at all! Consistent with the quality of service we received on Saturday. Updated today 21sr December. Asked to call Manager. Did so and no response to voicemail. Received email and replied. Again no response. This is truly awful customer service. Why am I not surprised by this appalling place!!! Updated 7th February 2026 Had an absolutely fantastic meal this evening. Shaun and Parris were brilliant. Well done to all the team this evening!
