Mon partenaire et moi avons dîné au Miller et Carter et avons été servis par Louise. Louise était très accueillante, polie et avait juste ce beau sourire. Elle était courtoise et a expliqué à la fois à mon partenaire et à moi les options de repas. Je suis cœliaque et je suis un régime sans gluten. À notre arrivée, on m'a demandé si j'avais des allergies. J'ai mentionné que j'étais sans gluten et le monsieur m'a donné un menu GF qui était absolument fantastique et avait beaucoup de bonnes options. Je suis allé dans pas mal de restaurants où on m'a donné un gros dossier ou des tablettes pour rechercher les options GF disponibles et je dois admettre que c'était très frustrant et pas facile à suivre, et j'ai dû quitter les restaurants très déçu. Miller et Carter est de loin le meilleur restaurant pour un menu GF clair. Louise a rendu notre expérience culinaire très agréable avec son caractère chaleureux, sa convivialité et sa patience envers nous quand nous étions incapables de décider parmi les excellentes choix sur le menu. Un crédit pour le restaurant. Merci Louise et merci Miller et Carter pour votre excellent menu sans gluten.

Accommodated a group of 24. Service was great by Molly. I understand it’s hard for a party of this size but she defo went above and beyond for all of us. Food was 10/10, quite possibly my favourite miller and Carter. Pharrell done a great job. Quick , hot and tasty.! Butcher block did not disappoint even for a gluten allergy!!

Poor experience last night. Table booked for 19.15. Called at 19.35. From booked time to actually having food on the table was over an hour. Then they got our order wrong. We told them no salt , seasoning on one steak as my son is lactose intolerant. The steak had it all on. The second steak was the wrong steak. My other son requested vegetables instead of fries. He got fries! Ok they brought out the vegetables after we complained. I asked for the pan roasted cod with no skin or butternut squash. Again they got this so wrong. This is an appalling Miller & Carter and without doubt is the worst in the Birmingham area. Always late to the table. They cannot cope on a Saturday night. Keep well clear!!! Updated today. Was asked to call the Manager to discuss our experience. Left two messages and no response. Not surprised at all! Consistent with the quality of service we received on Saturday. Updated today 21sr December. Asked to call Manager. Did so and no response to voicemail. Received email and replied. Again no response. This is truly awful customer service. Why am I not surprised by this appalling place!!! Updated 7th February 2026 Had an absolutely fantastic meal this evening. Shaun and Parris were brilliant. Well done to all the team this evening!
