This is a big mistake to give this Pizza Hut a second chance stay away from this place definitely no cooking skills or customers service skills invested at Pizza Hut training . This is now the second time we’ve brought a gluten-free pizza that’s burnt the first time the original margarita pizza as was scraped off with a knife and you could see the paste and not the cheese and I complained and they replaced it. This is the second time in two weeks that I’ve ordered from this place and the gluten-free pizza is burnt and they tried to tell me that’s how it comes but it doesn’t the base is ready I understand But it is burnt is ridiculous clearly they have an issue with a few of the staff.My husband called and told them the issue once again and this time he shut the phone on my husbands face so he recalled him again this time he answered the phone with what do you want ?we asked for the manager and he said look no manager today but on the first call he said he was the manager ?He said come tomorrow and I’ll give you a new one. That’s not gonna work. we’re hungry today not tomorrow we want a pizza tonight he said he had to speak to his boss to get permission to get us a pizza that they burnt !!!! and he has no delivery guy so he can’t send it so my husband had to get into the car to go and pick up his pizza that he’s already paid delivery for and it came burnt not happy. This is not Customer Service when I first started buying from this Pizza Hut store they were brilliant. I’m not sure what’s happened? But all of a sudden it’s gone downhill. The pizzas are terrible. The staff are terrible. I’m not sure why or what has happened but I do not recommend anybody buying pizza from this store. I would rather go a mile down to the other Pizza Hut in the retail park than this store. A burnt rock hard pizza will give you a bad tummy ache and clearly this stuff doesn’t care. I have a care factor or customer service or compassion for any of their customers.
