I ordered this deal today. I have never been so disappointed with the man serving on the phone. I ordered 2 bbq base and they failed to read the order properly and made a tomato based one which I cannot eat and it’s not what was ordered. I even had to reiterate again when choosing the pizza sized the base sauce which I said bbq but doesn’t actually make any sense of asking what sauce when the title says the bbq meaty one and they delivered it to my house. After calling back to re-changethe order the man on the phone was extremely rude, showed no effort and declined to give me a small 0.50p garlic sauce whilst I now wait for the 2nd pizza to come whilst the 1st pizza is now stone cold. The 2nd pizza arrived 40 mins later and they have decided to overload the pizza with so much excess of bbq sauce and squashed and lazily put together, the pizza was not even edible. I am making a formal complaint to the company as well and will never shop here again Do not go to this Pizza Hut they are extremely rude and do not fix errors made when respectfully asked to do so.
