Me encantó.

My wife and son have a dairy allergy so they wanted to try this place. Although they weren't thrilled about everything being gluten free (more on that below). We had never been here so my wife asked the guy working the counter "is everything dairy free?" and he said he didn't know. Another guy, who we think was the manager chimed in "what was the question?" And then verified "everything" is vegan. The employees need better training. The prices are insane and for that alone I will never go back. Even for Disney Springs it's outrageous. 38.65 for 1 sandwich cookie, 1 sugar cookie and vanilla 2 donuts. The chocolate chip sandwich cookie was really good, I would give it 5 stars. The cookie was soft, the filling was sweet and it was dipped in chocolate. The price was crazy, $13.75 plus another $2.70 for the chocolate dipping for a total of $16.40. The sugar cookie was gritty, not sweet, and had zero flavor. That was a big swing and a miss at $9.20 and it was average size. The vanilla donuts tasted nothing like a donut. Not even remotely close. It was a round shaped piece of gritty flavorless tough cake-ish texture with hard paste like icing for $6.50. It was terrible. My kids would only eat the icing off it. I also think it's a mistake when a business tries to be everything to everyone. Vegan, gluten-free, egg free, nut free except coconut. People with celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity are not always allergic to dairy or nuts or eggs, or vice versa. My wife actually hates gluten free food because it bothers her stomach. The texture and mouth feel of gluten free stuff is usually more gritty and crumbly and taking out the eggs makes it worse. I think this bakery only survives in the high traffic tourist trap that is Disney Springs because it doesn't need repeat business to stay profitable. It relies on one time customers that will most likely never return. Put it anywhere else and it would go under very quickly without a repeat customer base. This place is a hard pass.

I’ve been really wanting to try this bakery as I am gluten-free. I knew it would be expensive as everything is expensive in Disney Springs, but I was a bit surprised that ONE sugar cookie was $8! For reference, my husband got a box of SIX doughnuts at Dunkin that morning for $8. The cookie was average, kind of thick and dry and had a flour taste even though they’re gluten-free. The only decent part of it was the icing on top, but still. Not only was the single cookie I got very expensive and overpriced, but the employees weren’t very welcoming or friendly at all. We came in and weren’t even greeted. I walked to look at the case of baked items and the guy behind the counter walked over there too and silently stared at me with a straight face as I decided on what I wanted— which made me feel rushed and awkward, as if I was inconveniencing him! I asked where the doughnuts were since they weren’t in the case and all he said was, “Over there.” Without even pointing to the counter near the register. At this point, I was already a little flustered by his rudeness so I rushed and just got a single iced sugar cookie. I wish I had looked more to see what else I might’ve wanted because I’m sure everything else is really good (overpriced but still yummy) but he made me feel like I just wanted to get out of there. I won’t be coming back.
