Nous sommes allés payer pour l'anniversaire de ma sœur ! J'ai commandé le brunch sans gluten qui était énorme et très délicieux ! Ma sœur a pris le burger végan qu'elle a beaucoup aimé ! Le service était un peu lent car c'était chargé, donc nous y sommes restés un bon moment et avons demandé de l'eau plusieurs fois qui n'est jamais arrivée, mais c'était très occupé ! La nourriture a définitivement compensé cela !

Visited Bill’s in Tunbridge Wells today for my birthday brunch. At the start we were seated at the back where it was quiet and the atmosphere was lovely. Our waitress Maddie was brilliant – she helped me choose my food as it was my first time eating at Bill’s, and she was friendly and attentive throughout. My partner has a gluten intolerance and was pleasantly surprised by the large gluten-free menu which was a big plus. The food was also very good and we had no complaints there. Unfortunately the experience took a turn while we were still eating, as several members of staff held a meeting right beside us. They were extremely loud to the point where my partner and I couldn’t hear our own conversation, and it made us feel quite uncomfortable. By this point it seemed only Maddie was left to run everything, and my partner had to go and find her so we could pay the bill and leave. It was a disappointing end to what had been a really nice meal. Management should not be holding loud staff meetings during service, especially in areas where customers are still dining.
