Je me suis arrêté au Brightside Cafe pour une réunion d'affaires avec mon ami Tom Roznowski pour discuter de l'IA authentique. Quel endroit génial pour ça ! Tom a commandé le fromage grillé et wow, regardez ça. Doré, croustillant et débordant de fromage fondu. Il a même partagé certaines de ses chips de pomme de terre salées avec moi (vraiment généreux). J'ai pris la soupe de tomate et basilic, qui avait un excellent goût, crémeuse et parfaitement assaisonnée. Le pain sans gluten se marie vraiment bien avec. Un endroit parfait pour une réunion d'affaires ou pour retrouver de vieux amis. Je recommande vivement !

Was in the area for a concert with my husband and we both wish so much that this place existed in our area! We have never had a better gluten free sandwich anywhere, most places that have a gluten free bread option are usually really small and thin but not this place. Their bread is thick and spongy, honestly better than wheat bread imo. Their coffee and pastries are also good as well as their breakfast sandwich (we went there twice during our stay), the GF biscuit was just as good as a normal biscuit if not better. We will definitely stop by this place again anytime we happen to travel this way going forward.
