Quand j'ai entendu qu'il y avait un nouveau restaurant italien sûr pour les cœliaques en ville, j'ai su que je devais aller le découvrir ! C'était absolument parfait - l'ambiance était géniale et tout ce que nous avons eu était super savoureux. De plus, la tranquillité d'esprit de manger dans un établissement entièrement sans gluten était inestimable !

I was excited about Clementina, and the experience surpassed my expectations. The staff is friendly and energetic, and the environment is welcoming and comfortable. As a gluten-free eater, I was thrilled to have the ability to order anything on the menu. Everything we ordered was delicious, with the standouts being the focaccia, gnocchi, and soft serve ice cream. My wife is not gluten-free and she loved everything; she even remarked that the focaccia and gnocchi did not taste gluten-free. It is so wonderful to have a restaurant where I and others can order anything we want, and our loved ones can also enjoy delicious food. The owner also stopped by our table and was warm and kind, and he spoke about how his daughter’s celiac disease inspired him to open Clementina. I left feeling full of delicious food and gratitude, with the hope that this restaurant is here to stay for a long time—I’ll be coming for as long as it is!

Si vous cherchez une expérience complètement sans gluten où vous n'avez pas à craindre la contamination croisée ou à être jugé à cause de cela, alors Clementina vous libérera. Ils ont de la focaccia sans gluten ! Ils ont des pâtes sans gluten qui ne sont pas seulement des penne dans une sauce rouge ! Ils ont des desserts sans gluten ! Dans l'ensemble, j'étais très satisfait de Clementina et je veux définitivement amener ma famille ici. Avec tout soigneusement élaboré pour une expérience italienne totalement sans gluten, cela en vaut vraiment la peine !
