Questo posto è così meraviglioso. L'atmosfera era fantastica e il personale era così gentile. Il nostro cameriere era molto preparato e accogliente riguardo alla mia allergia al glutine. Ho la celiachia e mi sono sentito estremamente sicuro a mangiare qui!

All'ingresso ho informato il cameriere che ero intollerante ai latticini. Una volta ordinato, un'altra donna è venuta a controllare l'allergia. Sono stato comunque servito con burro di latte sulla mia toast. Il personale non era affatto attento. Povero servizio.

Bill’s at the Bullring is in a great, central location, right opposite St. Martin’s Church with entrances from both the mall and street level, the interior is large, unique and really pretty and had great vibes. While I appreciate that they have a dedicated gluten-free dinner menu, I do find many of their dishes do not meet my personal tastes. The brunch menu, on the other hand, is some of the best, but unfortunately, I visited after the 4 pm cut-off point, so on this occasion, I went for Bill’s Classic Burger with rosemary-salted fries. My burger was quite tasty, the vegetables were fresh, and everything was well seasoned and tasty and well portioned, and I enjoyed it. It was customised correctly as I asked to add cheese and remove pickles. I ordered the burger as medium, and it was cooked to my liking. Some menu items are slightly pricey, but given the quality and atmosphere, I do think they do enough to justify this. I do like how they added fries with the burger, though, rather than having it as a paid option, which some places do, although the cheese did carry an extra charge. My main server seemed really friendly and helpful, although the other staff members seemed slightly less interested, and I had to ask for extra sauces while the waiter who brought my food was walking away. A service charge was added, which I decided to remove on this occasion. I was told to manually enter the cost of my food via their online payment system, but this way felt strange as it was still showing an amount to pay as I left, and never generated me a receipt. Overall, this is a beautiful restaurant, centrally located within the city, and I would return on future visits to Birmingham as I had a nice time here due to the quality of my burger and the atmosphere.

Sono stato da Bills in diverse sedi ma solo per colazione perché so che le loro scelte senza glutine sono ottime. Questa volta abbiamo cenato qui e anche io e il mio partner, che aveva il menu principale, ci siamo sentiti viziati dalle scelte. L'hamburger senza glutine era perfetto e le patatine di halloumi erano eccezionali, le migliori che abbia mai avuto. Meravigliosa decorazione 'tipica di Bills', stravagante e accogliente. Anche il servizio era ottimo.

Siamo stati molto colpiti dal servizio. Quando il manager si è scusato perché la bevanda di mia moglie non aveva una cannuccia, poiché può contenere glutine, ci siamo sentiti molto al sicuro. I menu separati senza glutine sono molto apprezzati. Un po' occupato, ma è proprio prima di Natale.

Not a great experience to be honest. We visited as I’m coeliac and saw that bills is accredited by coeliac uk. We had to complain about 2 of 4 meals as they were incorrect or missing something. When complaining for the second time about the Second meal the lady was quite rude. Service wasn’t brilliant and we overheard the manager complaining too which shouldn't be done in sight or your customers. We waited while to order and then again for drinks to be brought to us.

Sono stato da Bills un certo numero di volte ormai. Sono celiaco e tutte le foto condivise sono di deliziosi piatti senza glutine. Il loro menu senza glutine e il cibo sono fantastici. Il servizio e l'atmosfera erano un po' rumorosi e lenti, ma comprensibili dato che era molto affollato / popolare. Consiglio vivamente il loro cibo, soprattutto per chi vuole provare un'ampia gamma di piatti senza glutine - il loro menu è molto vario, il che è bello da vedere.
