L'intero menù è senza glutine e senza latticini! Ricevi un'incredibile antipasto gratuito di pane a lievitazione naturale e burro con chutney di cipolla. Raccomando il menù fisso, le costine erano tenere e perfette con sapori intensi e il dessert Eton mess. Ho condiviso l'insalata di asparagi come antipasto, che era così rinfrescante. Tornerò molto presto!

Ho avuto una cena eccellente senza glutine e vegana qui — assolutamente deliziosa! 😋 Il broccolo è migliore dell'insalata di foglie come contorno. Ho preso gli gnocchi come piatto principale e il pane che è arrivato con il pasto era assolutamente incredibile. Non avrei mai sognato che fosse senza glutine!

Abbiamo visitato Indigo a One Aldwych per il tè pomeridiano, e complessivamente è stata un'esperienza deliziosa. L'ambientazione è bellissima con un arredamento curato e un'attenzione ai dettagli che spicca davvero - dall'atmosfera della stanza al modo in cui tutto è presentato a tavola. Il cibo era buono, anche se non particolarmente spettacolare, soprattutto considerando il prezzo. Il ristorante offre opzioni senza glutine e senza latticini, il che è stato apprezzato da alcuni del nostro gruppo.

Indigio at One Aldwych is one of my favourite places to eat in London for a special occasion. I first visited here to celebrate my birthday, and I had a great time. The fully gluten-free menu has an extensive selection of dishes, including meat and fish. I like how they managed to offer fine dining without feeling pretentious, in a great central location, just off the Strand. I was able to get a booking on the same day with little notice and was placed in a table by the window with views of the city, adding to the experience. Like at the majority of places in London now, there is a service charge added onto the bill, but the staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful and did their best to justify this, bringing bread over shortly after seating my table with a pistachio butter alternative. and checking in throughout the meal, even letting me keep the pen as a souvenir. I wasn’t a huge fan of the bread, but I’m not a bread eater anyway.

I decided to go for the Peterhead Cod In Beer Batter, which came with triple-cooked chips, crushed peas and tartare sauce. The hand-rolled potato gnocchi, venison, halibut and 28-day-aged Irish rib-eye dishes also sounded tasty, but I felt like a proper fish and chips. The fish was stunning, and I found the portion of the fish to be generous for a fine dining restaurant, it was one of the best I’ve had, the quality of the fish was sublime and far beyond what you’d expect to find on our average high-street chippy, it came apart with my fork, and I didn’t even need a knife, the batter was crispy, and it was well seasoned. The sides were also unique with the special vinegar to enhance the dish, which I enjoyed as someone who doesn’t normally use vinegar. I would have liked the tartar sauce to be slightly wetter, but again, this was still enjoyable and of good quality. It was obvious they’d thought about each element in the dish; even though each part may appear small, it all enhanced the dish and made it one I can’t wait to have again. My only issue with the portion size would be with the fries; I would have liked a couple more, but they were really good! The drinks selection appears to be separate, they serve beer and spirits, but as I wanted a cocktail, my server was happy to get a menu from the Lobby Bar downstairs, I went for the Arizona Bloom, I liked how they had a unique selection of cocktails - this one was listed as containing - Coconut and saffron-infused Havana Club 3 rum, 21 citrus, Franklin & Sons pineapple and almond soda, and Henner's sparkling wine, it looked pretty with how they’d decorated the glass, but again it was delicious and with a good helping of alcohol so it wasn’t just pretty, it packed a punch too. Certainly one of my favourite places in London to go for a special occasion, it is slightly pricey for sure, but given the service and food/beverage quality, it is worth visiting on a more special occasion, and the entire menu being gluten-free is a huge bonus for me as a coeliac too.

Siamo andati in questo ristorante venerdì 20 marzo. Ho un'allergia al glutine e ai latticini, quindi il fattore decisivo è stato che l'intero menù è senza glutine e senza latticini. Il cibo era incredibile. Assolutamente nulla ha deluso, i sapori, le dimensioni e la velocità con cui sono arrivati i nostri piatti. Il servizio fornito è stato eccezionale. Hanno costantemente riempito l'acqua e il pane, erano cortesi e amichevoli, e sono stati fantastici nel rendere la nostra visita il più perfetta possibile. Non ho fatto foto di tutto il nostro cibo, ci siamo subito messi a mangiare. Antipasto- Salmone e cosce di pollo Principale- Rib Eye e agnello Dessert- Mousse al cioccolato e torta di polenta al limone 10/10 lo consiglio.

Wow. Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica qui. Le vibrazioni, il servizio, il cibo, tutto era eccezionale. È stato bello poter ordinare qualsiasi cosa poiché era tutto senza glutine e senza latticini. È stato bello sentirsi normali e poter ordinare qualsiasi cosa dal menu! Siamo molto grati per la nostra esperienza qui e non possiamo raccomandarlo abbastanza!!

Amo il sapore. Il cibo è presentato bene ed è adatto ai celiaci. Ma non direi che il cibo ne valga davvero la pena, è stato ok. Non vale davvero una seconda visita. I camerieri erano eccezionali. Il posto è un po' troppo rumoroso, ma comprensibile visto che si trova al mezzanino. Consigliato da provare una volta, ma non ne vale la pena più di così.
