Went into grab a quick bite. Been ages since I've been so thought we would try I'm gluten free and trying to order on the app was a nightmare. Wanted gluten free flatbread pizza but the custom app wouldn't let you choose base. As you have to order through QR code bit of a pain. But thankfully after saying to a member of staff I couldn't see how to order. Her and the manager who was very nice came over to ensure that if I did place the order that even though it didn't give me the option to choose gluten free they would ensure it was. After faffing about for 10min or so. I finally placed my order. Chicken delight flatbread was lovely. Manager came to my table to check if everything was ok. Fair play to him. But please pizza hut give more options on your app to choose between gluten free and dairy free for each item otherwise your poor staff are going to be overrun when it's busy and it puts customers like myself off!
