The workers were very polite and professional. We booked in advance and on arrival we were asked if our preference was table or booth, even offering us an extra chair if the booth was too tight. They were attentive throughout, clearing plates and checking if we were okay etc. Overall excellent customer service which created a genuine welcoming atmosphere. They accommodated us with a gluten free pizza inclusive, despite gluten free pizza not being a buffet dish. We were also given the allergen book. Our party included 3 children who all enjoyed the food and buffet experience. The child with allergies had no complaints. I was very appreciative of the kids eat free (when you spend…) deal! The flow of food and range was very good! Delicious pizzas, salad and ice cream. Next time I will also try the pasta!

I went to Birmingham for a day out, but the traffic was heavy, and I didn't want to spend ages in a traffic jam, I knew Star City was nearby. Parking is free, and there are no congestion payments. There are a few choices for food, but Pizza Hut has a gluten-free menu. The waiter showed my party to a table with comfy seats. You can order via a QA code, but that was a little confusing. The waiter was happy to take an order the old way. I have to say I've been to a few Pizza Huts, but the waiter was the most helpful I've ever met. The food is excellent service fantastic.
