Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal menu senza glutine e ho davvero apprezzato l'atmosfera e il pasto. I bocconcini di pancetta di maiale alla griglia erano deliziosi, così come tutto il resto. Abbiamo preso il volo di birre e i bicchierini erano della dimensione perfetta per noi per condividere e gustare.

Il cibo e la birra senza glutine sono deliziosi e fantastici. Mi sento molto fortunato ad avere una birreria nella zona che si specializza in questo. Sono stato qui numerose volte e ci tornerò!

This place is an absolute must-visit for anyone who is gluten free. We were visiting Seattle from British Columbia (Canada) for my boyfriend's 42nd birthday in June of 2025. He is celiac, and I wanted to find him somewhere with good gluten free options. When I looked up gluten free places in Seattle to celebrate and saw that there was an entirely gluten free menu at Ghostfish, I knew we had to go, and they did not disappoint! We had to take a 20 minute Uber ride to get there from our Hotel (we ended up walking back after because the weather was so nice) but it was 100% worth the effort and the adventure! I kid you not - my boyfriend was in tears reading the menu. He was nearly overwhelmed with the options, as he has never been to a restaurant where he can order literally anything off of the food or drink menu without issue. We both ordered and enjoyed delicious beers. He ordered the fish and chips, and I ordered the chicken tenders. We ate every last thing on our plates, and enjoyed every sip. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and the food and drink options were great. The wait wasn't long, and even if it had been - it was worth the wait! I 10/10 recommend this place, and we will visit again if we're ever in Seattle!

Siamo andati al Ghostfish Brewing durante la nostra visita a Seattle dal North Carolina. È stato assolutamente fantastico! Sono senza glutine da 5 anni e questa è stata una scoperta e una sorpresa così divertente! Ho preso i bocconcini di pollo e le patatine parmigiano. Così buono! Il mio ragazzo, che NON è senza glutine, ha preso il panino di pollo piccante e ha detto che non sembrava affatto senza glutine. Il panino era veramente buono, il che è raro per i senza glutine. Abbiamo anche preso un sidro e il coffee blonde. Entrambi erano deliziosi! Torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta che saremo in città.

My wife is gluten-free and we have been looking forward to Ghostfish Brewing Company and they did not disappoint. The fish and chips were phenomenal, their onion rings were flavorful and crispy, the teriyaki wings….amazing, and the poutine was on so good. Every beer we tried was absolutely delicious. Chelsie, the bartender was so hospitable and friendly, and the brewery itself was very clean and TVs to watch sports.
