Because of its complete gluten-free menu, we decided to visit Lume. We booked in advance and only via WhatsApp (it was impossible to get them to answer the phone), and they were limited to two seatings, which I didn't understand since they had several empty tables the day we were there, and they were still empty when we left. The menu looked very good (everything gluten-free), and they gave us good recommendations. The octopus coca and the "revolcónas" with grilled pig's ear (which didn't come with utensils) were very good, as were the hamburgers and the meat (which, in my opinion, was a bit bland and expensive). They provide a very hot griddle so you can cook it to your liking. The staff was very attentive at the beginning of service, but then I don't know what happened; getting a simple spoon, which we asked three different waiters for, was mission impossible. When it came to dessert, they didn't explain it well, so we ordered three different cheesecakes, and honestly, we had to send one back because it looked bad or was undercooked (the original cheesecake was very good). The place is spacious, pleasant, with a unique touch, and the tables are well-spaced. We had to leave right after finishing because one table started pouring grease onto several hot griddles, and all hell broke loose... The restaurant filled with smoke! Anyway, that was my experience.

Ristorante senza glutine. Tutto il cibo è senza glutine, il che dà assoluta tranquillità a chi ha la celiachia. La presentazione dei piatti è squisita e tutto è delizioso. Potresti pensare che senza glutine perderebbe sapore, ma no, al contrario. Eravamo in sette e non abbiamo lasciato neppure un boccone nei nostri piatti. I camerieri sono molto cordiali. Tornerei sicuramente. Torneremo.

Ristorante con un menù completamente senza glutine. Hanno anche birra e dessert senza glutine. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, abbiamo ordinato una porzione di alette di pollo e un'altra di patatas bravas, ed entrambe erano deliziose, anche se piccole. Non capisco le persone che dicono che le porzioni sono generose; penso che siano nella media e alcune siano addirittura piccole. Come si vede nelle foto, le alette di pollo erano cinque e le patatas bravas erano poche e tagliate molto sottili, come le patatine. Non c'era nulla di generoso in questo. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, devo dire che la cameriera che ci ha servito non era la migliore. Era molto scontrosa e sembrava infastidita da tutto. Per finire, ci ha dato un vino diverso e più costoso sul conto, non quello che avevamo ordinato. D'altra parte, l'arredamento è molto carino e l'atmosfera è ottima, con della musica di sottofondo soft. Se migliorano queste piccole cose, potremmo tornare.
