Wow! Fai una prenotazione e corri qui a mangiare! Così autenticamente giapponese. Dopo aver trascorso un'estate in Giappone lo scorso anno, ho voglia di ramen e non riesco a trovarlo senza glutine. Questo ramen è buono! E quell'uovo - perfetto! Abbiamo preso antipasti, ramen e dessert. Tutto era fantastico e il servizio era il migliore che abbiamo avuto a Madrid. Questo meriterebbe 20 stelle se potessi!

Non mangio gyoza da anni a causa del glutine, quindi questo posto è stata una grande sorpresa per me. I gyoza erano fantastici! Abbiamo preso sia quello di carne che quello di kimchi. I Takoyaki erano deliziosi, e poi gli Yakisoba erano davvero buoni (tranne per la salsa che era un po' troppo dolce per me e non sono riuscito a mangiarla tutta). Il menu è vario ed è completamente senza glutine e senza lattosio, e il personale è molto disponibile se hai bisogno di modificare qualcosa nel tuo piatto (ho chiesto gli yakisoba senza cipolla) o per qualsiasi altra informazione. Tornerò sicuramente per provare altri piatti.

What an absolutely incredible place!! I had both locations pinned on my maps about 2 months before my (work) visit to Madrid as I had heard wonderful things. I managed to make my way here on a lunch break and grabbed some pork Gyoza and a slice of cotton cake (plus a cheeky peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie as a gift from the staff due to my excitement!) I was BLOWN away by the taste and textures. I managed to convince my colleague to come back with me that evening so I could try more of the menu. Thankfully we were early and they had space but they were booked up the rest of the evening. We ordered more gyoza, tori no karaage, and both went for ramen. She could not believe everything was gluten free and loved it all. She even took a slice of Nutella cheesecake to go! I am so sad to be leaving Madrid and this wonderful restaurant. I can’t wait to come back!
