The barista here is the sweetest ! They are extremely helpful and kind! The ice americano was perfect it wasn’t bitter at all and tasted super smooth there pastries are all gluten free I got the chocolate hazelnut Brioche and it was fantastic not too sweet and yet just the right amount of chocolate and hazelnut i love that they warm it up for you too ! 💛

Sono celiaco e sono stato un cliente frequente nei vari Copains di Parigi. Abbiamo ordinato 2 iced latte in questo specifico e sono costati 19 euro... Siamo rimasti piuttosto scioccati dal prezzo, avendo ordinato un caffè identico in un altro Copains il giorno prima e non essendo nemmeno vicino a questo prezzo. Non c'era abbastanza ghiaccio nella bevanda e il mio era tiepido, al meglio. Ci hanno chiesto se volevamo un caffè 'forte', ma era essenzialmente latte. Davvero un peccato, perché l'iced latte che avevo avuto in un altro Copains era 10/10.

I went to this Copains on my trip to Paris to buy some baked goods for someone dear to me, who can’t eat gluten. I was so happy to hear about it. When I went in around 10am on April 20th, I was met by the friendliest barista. She was able to answer my questions and help me buy lots of wonderful looking pastries and bread. I forgot to ask her name because I had to get to the train station. I hope her boss can figure out who represented the shop superbly based on the date and time. The service and atmosphere was great. I only tried one of the things I bought, a cinnamon roll, and I have to say it is the best non-gluten pastry I have ever eaten. It is hard to get the consistency to match the bread you’re used to if you can eat gluten but this cinnamon roll is good not just good for something gluten free. I wish I could open a branch in Erfurt, Germany. Fabulous. Great taste, nice atmosphere, stellar service…I can’t say that last part about all my gastronomical experiences in Paris, hélas! I spent so much because I bought a lot of pastries to try and two separate breads. I forgot to mention that my French is very limited. Her English was phenomenal and didn’t make me feel bad that I couldn’t speak French.

Favorite bakery ever since it opened, the staff is incredibly friendly and the vibes are always right. Welcome to Cassandre, the new staff member! Food-wise : if you thought gluten free was bland, tasteless, boring, mid or dry — this establishment is about to change your whole life. Only nourishing, filling, savory treats here — and you will find something to your taste, no doubt about it (even non gluten free people can’t get enough) ♡

Non ho bisogno di opzioni senza glutine né di scegliere vegano o biologico, ma questo delizioso caffè moderno e vivace li ha se necessario o desiderato. La torta al limone e semi di papavero è stata la più gustosa che abbia mai provato. La torta di carote può essere riscaldata (una nuova e deliziosa esperienza!). Il caffè è disponibile in 4 intensità, che è stato molto apprezzato, così come la buona porzione! Il servizio clienti è stato eccellente.

Ottimo caffè, il barista parla inglese e sa fare il suo lavoro, e i dolci sono senza glutine.

Il mio posto per la colazione mentre soggiornavo a REBUBLIQUE. Menu di caffè fantastico, personale competente e la più BELLA esposizione di panini, dolci e biscotti senza glutine!!! Il modo migliore per iniziare una mattina era sedersi a un tavolo all'aperto qui a osservare la gente con dolci e caffè ❤️

Ho avuto il croissant, la torta al limone, la torta di carote e il Rose Latté. Avrei provato di più se avessi potuto mangiare un altro boccone. La pulizia era eccezionale, con ogni superficie impeccabile. Il design del locale è elegante ma accogliente, e il ragazzo (sembrava Timothée Chalamet se stringi gli occhi) era molto gentile e disponibile. Essendo celiaco da oltre un decennio, questo posto è stato una boccata d'aria fresca con classici deliziosi e creazioni salate, tutti cotti ogni mattina e che hanno un sapore ancora migliore di quanto sembrino (il che è dire molto, dato che sembrano fatti perfettamente tanto che non ero sicuro se fossero modelli di esposizione non commestibili o il prodotto reale). 10/10, tornerò ogni volta che sarò a Parigi!

I was warmly greeted by a very courteous barista that gave me a tour of the menu, making recommendations based on what I had mention I usually like. He was very friendly and made a recommendation that I might not have chosen, and it was a lovely surprise. I had the rose latte with one of their specialty coffees. It was clearly a beautiful drink, but also delicious. The rose didn’t overpower the coffee, ( which I was afraid it would happen) it made it a very interesting and enjoyable drink. Also it has a good selection of vegan treats, and everything is gluten free.
