My husband has celiac disease, and Don Juanz went above and beyond to accommodate him safely. When we placed our order at the counter, the owner took time to talk with us about how they handle gluten-free meals — explaining their kitchen setup and how their staff are trained to prevent cross-contamination. It gave us so much confidence, and the food was absolutely delicious. Great service, great food, and such care for their customers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for gluten-free options done right!
