PECOTA PECOTA A hidden, gluten-free restaurant in Kita-Senju. We were recommended this place by Mamorusha, a restaurant in Kohoku, Adachi Ward, that serves enzyme brown rice onigiri. They use additive-free ingredients, homemade fermented seasonings, and handmade products. They use organic, pesticide-free, and naturally grown ingredients whenever possible. Their meat and fish are antibiotic-free, residue-free, and naturally raised. They don't use tap water, and they don't use refined sweeteners like white sugar or artificial sweeteners. I chose either free-range egg dressing or beetroot dressing, and they're additive-free, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly. I'm really grateful that everything is natural and I can eat with peace of mind. The vegan curry was a spice curry made mainly from pumpkin. The balance between the natural sweetness of the pumpkin and the spices was exquisite, and it went really well with the accompanying vegetables. You can also choose from two types of homemade rice flour pasta: Brown rice pasta White rice pasta I chose white rice pasta, and its chewy texture made it an excellent match with the cream sauce. They also sell rice flour pasta, so you can buy some as a souvenir to take home! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for safe and secure food, vegans, and spice lovers.
