We had a wonderful experience here. You get to grill your own meat at the table — they offer fresh lamb, venison, and vegetables, plus plain white rice. The meat is not marinated and they don’t use any sauces unless you ask for them, so it’s naturally safe for celiacs/gluten free. Everything was incredibly tasty, fresh, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Japanese BBQ experience in Hokkaido. Highly recommended!
