Ho cenato molto bene, variegato e soprattutto saporito. Ottimo il servizio, garbato e gentile. Sapere che di tutto c’è la versione senza glutine fa la differenza. Mi é piaciuto molto l’ambiente e la clientela che lo frequenta.

Tutto era a posto: - Il cibo, specialmente la carne e le patate, era delizioso e di alta qualità. - Il servizio era giovane, ben educato e professionale. - Il ristorante è conveniente, facile da raggiungere e ha parcheggio. Ero soddisfatto e, secondo me, il rapporto qualità-prezzo merita 5 stelle.

Finalmente un posto dove un celiaco può mangiare in pace senza sentirsi a disagio. Cibo eccellente e di alta qualità e personale molto gentile.

First time I've eaten here since the opening. It's the place we celiacs dreamed of, the answer to the question: "What would you like from your city for Christmas?"; the emblem of how, from a discomfort like an intolerance, you can turn an opportunity into a chance for redemption, for taste and gastronomic inclusion. What can I say about the experience itself: attention to every aspect—the atmosphere, the connection, the music, the aesthetic details, the flavor combinations, the refined products—all with a burst of revolutionary and youthful freshness, strictly gluten-free and beyond. It's the first time that "without" doesn't at all suggest deprivation, but rather enrichment in every way. A place for everyone, but especially for those "without something" who want to forget about it for a while, confident and greedy. Here you can do it safely. Thank you, Giorgia, for thinking of it, believing in it, and for making it a reality. I hope you can surprise us again! I will be back to try the whole menu.

A truly lovely place, with friendly staff and, above all, a focus on gluten-free options. A place we really needed in Foggia! We ate deliciously and will definitely be back 😋
