I had a very good dinner, varied and especially tasty. Excellent service, polite and kind. Knowing that there is a gluten-free version of everything makes a difference. I really liked the ambiance and the clientele that frequent it.

Everything was fine: - The food, especially the meat and potatoes, was delicious and high quality. - The service was young, well-mannered, and professional. - The restaurant is convenient, easy to reach, and has parking. I was satisfied, and in my opinion, the value for money deserves 5 stars.

First time I've eaten here since the opening. It's the place we celiacs dreamed of, the answer to the question: "What would you like from your city for Christmas?"; the emblem of how, from a discomfort like an intolerance, you can turn an opportunity into a chance for redemption, for taste and gastronomic inclusion. What can I say about the experience itself: attention to every aspect—the atmosphere, the connection, the music, the aesthetic details, the flavor combinations, the refined products—all with a burst of revolutionary and youthful freshness, strictly gluten-free and beyond. It's the first time that "without" doesn't at all suggest deprivation, but rather enrichment in every way. A place for everyone, but especially for those "without something" who want to forget about it for a while, confident and greedy. Here you can do it safely. Thank you, Giorgia, for thinking of it, believing in it, and for making it a reality. I hope you can surprise us again! I will be back to try the whole menu.

A truly lovely place, with friendly staff and, above all, a focus on gluten-free options. A place we really needed in Foggia! We ate deliciously and will definitely be back 😋
