We've been here in Torre dell'Orso for two days on vacation. We tried the piadinas, freshly prepared with fresh ingredients. My wife had a grilled chicken breast drizzled with a fantastic lemon oil, accompanied by a fantastic salad. Everything was excellent, and to top it off, a delicious gluten-free crepe filled with pistachios, coconut chocolate, and Nutella—simply sublime. It's a shame we're so far away; we'll soon become regulars.
