RUF is an incredible restaurant/bar that is AIC accredited for coeliac friendly and glutine free. The staff are absolutely inviting, the drinks selection is fantastic and the food! While there aren't many Trento typical dishes, they do delicious focaccia that's hot, fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is also very vibey with music, plant decor and creative styling.
