Locale discovered by chance while walking around the center of Trento. Highly recommended for both celiacs and non-celiacs: excellent and varied food. We, as a couple, ordered tacos and three types of nachos: perfectly cooked and tasty meat, fresh vegetables, all well blended. Everything is gluten-free, so besides being good, there's peace of mind—there can't be any cross-contamination!

Everything gluten-free! We came back a second time because we were so pleased. They are very attentive to specific needs (besides celiac disease, my girlfriend has some intolerances). Highly recommended.

RUF is an incredible restaurant/bar that is AIC accredited for coeliac friendly and glutine free. The staff are absolutely inviting, the drinks selection is fantastic and the food! While there aren't many Trento typical dishes, they do delicious focaccia that's hot, fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is also very vibey with music, plant decor and creative styling.
