Being able to eat gluten-free in a historic brewery is really fantastic

I have eaten there multiple times, no problem! On the menu, everything is marked SG, and upon request, some dishes can be made gluten-free on the spot. They also have bread! The important thing is to inform the staff about Celiac disease.

A venue in the heart of Trento with a typically Trentino location attended to in every detail. Pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The menu offers several gluten-free options, including typical dishes. I tried a risotto that was delicious. Additionally, they also have gluten-free bread available. Gluten-free dishes have no extra charge (which is highly appreciated). The staff is very courteous, prices are normal, and the portions are very generous. Highly recommended if you want to eat something typical in Trento in peace.

Staff and food without compliments. We asked for gluten-free bread three times before it was brought to us. We didn’t notice any issues with contamination. The interior of the place is very nice.

Reservations are highly recommended; otherwise, you need to arm yourself with great patience and wait in line to be called. Reservations can be made through their website, preferably a few days in advance. Some dishes are gluten-free, and the staff is knowledgeable, although today a waiter almost offered us the Sacher. We had Merano sausages with fries. Dishes with polenta are also gluten-free, as are many main courses. Desserts: semifreddo and sorbets.

Many gluten-free options, our waitress was celiac and therefore was able to give us the best advice. Even the gluten-free bread was very good. They have a part of the kitchen dedicated solely to gluten-free.
