Best pizza in Trento, I highly recommended to all my friends, nice selection of gluten-free pizza and staff very friendly, better to book a table as it can get very busy, just cross the road a parking space is available! One of my top 3 favorite pizza places in Italy.

I highly recommend this pizzeria! 🍕 The chefs offer two gluten-free pizza options; the first is a mix of gluten-free flours, the second is made with buckwheat, black rice, and teff flour. The toppings are abundant and varied, giving you plenty of choices. 🍴 The service was quick and the waitstaff was very friendly, really compliments to both the waiters and the chefs. The waiters were careful to specify that the fries are contaminated, so they served me the baked potatoes, which were truly delicious. 🌳 The environment is well-maintained, clean, and modern.

For me, the tastiest and most digestible pizzas I've ever eaten! You can choose from different doughs, with lightly refined flours, long fermentation, and even gluten-free cereals! Custom vegan margherita with porcini, with a vegan cheese alternative that has nothing to envy in texture and taste to mozzarella, unlike many similar alternatives I've tried. I was amazed by the monthly special with pumpkin cream, vegan cheese, fried eggplant, artichokes, and basil, a harmony of flavors that surprised me even though I'm not a fan of white pizzas. Interesting vegan dessert, (especially because it exists) but too much chocolate for me.

I would have never imagined to find here one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever eaten. Light, airy, made the way it should be made (separate oven and Neapolitan style). Excellent, excellent work.

Whenever we want to eat a fantastic pizza, we always come here. More than pizzas, they look like works of art; you eat a thoughtfully and perfectly crafted piece every single time. The gluten-free pizzas are phenomenal, the best we've ever tasted. Courteous staff, top atmosphere, and a selection of craft beers as well. The only downside is that they are not always reachable by phone, so it's better to call a day in advance to book.

We went to dinner with a reservation (which I highly recommend). I had a good gluten-free pizza that was easy to digest and not too pricey. There is a vegan and gluten-free dessert available, along with a couple of other gluten-free sweets if I'm not mistaken. Quick service; the staff is always on the move, and it's nice to see young people working so hard. Really good coffee.

I really enjoyed the gluten-free and lactose-free pizza. The mozzarella was a bit overcooked, but perhaps it was due to the toppings of the pizza I ordered, it's not clear to me. Very attentive, kind, there are also gluten-free desserts on the menu.

Incredible gluten-free pizza. The management pays special attention to those with other needs, such as lactose intolerances, allowing for a peaceful meal for those who have more difficulties like me. Extra points should be awarded just for the presence of gluten-free and lactose-free desserts, which are greatly appreciated by all patrons. We are now regular customers.

It has been years since we discovered this pizzeria. In our family, we are three celiac brothers and whenever we can, we come here despite it being an hour's drive from home. The quality of the service is incredible, the waiters are always available and friendly, attentive to intolerances and allergies. The choice of pizzas is wide, but the real strength of the place is the quality of the ingredients; even a classic ham and mushroom pizza leaves you amazed. The gluten-free dough must have been recently changed; I had dinner here on Valentine's Day, and it was the best dough ever, truly compliments. The desserts are another specialty, but one stands out: the pistachio crumble – that cocoa crumble is perfect to break the sweetness and give a slightly tougher texture to the dessert (please don’t take it off the menu, it broke my heart). Lastly, for those who complain about the wait, consider that you are going out to eat pizza in a place that is always full in the evenings; if you want quality, you have to wait a bit longer, and some extra chatting at the table is enjoyable. The quality-pricing is excellent, both for the ingredients, the gluten-free addition, and for the table cover. You are a guarantee, with and without gluten.

If I lived in Trento, I would always be at their place!!! We had gourmet pizza (an amazing sole di mare), gluten-free Margherita pizza (identical to a traditional one), Angus steak, and a rich salad. Tasty desserts and beer... Very nice venue and extremely courteous staff. Promoted on every front!

Great discovery, good service, and better pizzas. Different types of dough, the normal Neapolitan dough is incredibly light. The gluten-free dough is surprising, very successful. Good wholemeal dough, something special, with a more intense and less light flavor. Well-fried montanare appetizer, not greasy. Congratulations, quality ingredients. Cream dessert with chocolate and pistachio crumble is very good, the right amount of sweetness. I recommend booking in advance.

Crowded yet spacious locale, fast service. Ample private parking. Kind and quick staff. Great offer of gourmet Neapolitan pizzas. Important crust with quality and identifiable ingredients. Special doughs: whole grain, multigrain, gluten-free. We ordered a Korallo, a ham and porcini, and a Mortadella. I will return for more tasting.

A few days ago I went and had a very good gluten-free pizza. My husband had one with wholemeal dough, and his was very good too. You can tell that the raw materials are carefully selected, the tomato sauce is excellent, and all the other ingredients as well. Furthermore, for those who are celiac, they have not only bottled beer but also draft beer. I recommend this pizzeria for its excellent quality. Congratulations!

The best gluten-free pizza in the world! Even the regular ones are no joke. The quality is truly excellent. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, even with the place packed. The environment is well-kept and welcoming. I don’t think I will be able to eat gluten-free pizza in other places anymore. Excellent!
