One certainty is that in this ice cream shop all the flavors and displayed food are gluten-free. This guarantees maximum safety; the ice cream is of excellent quality, the only downside being the affordable but still high price.

Good gelato, but intolerable that the staff in the place prevents even seated customers from using the bathroom. To be able to use the perfectly functioning bathroom, it was necessary to discuss with the manager of the place, despite the legislation requiring it.
